What we collect

• Email address and display name when you join the Inner Circle.
• Messages you submit through booking, press and contact forms.
• Support conversations and their delivery/status records, available to you and authorized staff.
• Forum posts you publish (shown under an anonymous handle, never your email).
• Event RSVPs and merch-drop reminder sign-ups.
• Order details (name, shipping address, phone, items) when you buy merchandise.
• Wallet ledger entries, terms acceptance, manual payout claims and the transfer references needed to reconcile them.
• Sign-in and expiry times, approximate browser/device labels, and up to 50 recent sign-in or sign-out events for account security. The application does not save raw browser user-agent strings or IP addresses in these records.

Who processes it

• Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card number.
• Resend delivers our emails (sign-in codes, confirmations, replies).
• Upstash stores account, forum, RSVP and subscription data.
• Authorized administrators review payout claims and record verified transfer outcomes in a protected audit trail.
• Our hosting provider serves the website.

How we use it

To run your account, fulfil orders, answer requests, and send the updates you asked for. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and local storage to remember your shopping cart. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Contact support@rohancampbell.world to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Requests involving order, payment and audit records are reviewed against the operator's applicable retention obligations.
